Refund

Due to the time and product that goes into each service, we unfortunately do not offer any refunds. We offer free adjustments to technical errors such as uneven haircut. Please notify us of any error within 48 hours of your appointment. Any requests after 48 hours will not be accommodated. Adjustments need to be scheduled within 7 days of notifying us, and with your original stylist. 

Appointment Cancelation

Please notify us as soon as possible if you are unable to make your appointment. Your appointment may be cancelled if you fail to show up within 15 mins of your appointment time.
